What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
One unit for most models. Dealers usually start with one 20ft container — we can mix models in a single container.
How long is the lead time?
7–15 days for stock models, 25–35 days for OEM or customized orders. We confirm the exact date in your quote.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T bank transfer: 30% deposit to start production, balance before shipment. We share inspection photos and a loading video before you pay the balance.
Can you ship to my country?
We export to 20+ countries across Southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa and Latin America. Send us your nearest sea port and we will confirm freight cost and sailing time.
Do you provide spare parts and after-sales support?
Yes. Every machine ships with a free parts kit. Common spare parts ship by air within 7 days during the first year, and our engineers support you by video call.
